Order Journey 

Order Process

Browse our collection and add your desired item(s) to the cart. If you have any specific requests, feel free to include them in the notes section during checkout. Once you're ready, proceed to complete your order.

Production Time 

After we receive your order, our team begins production. This process typically takes 5–7 working days. Please note that weekends are not counted as working days.

Delivery Time

Once production is complete, delivery takes:

  • 5–7 working days for Europe, the US, and Canada

  • 7–10 working days for all other regions

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

 

2. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Orders can only be edited or cancelled within 2 working days of purchase. After this, production begins and changes may not be possible

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we'll work quickly to resolve it.

7. Are your products made to order?

Yes – each item is produced on demand to ensure high quality and minimize waste.

8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As items are made to order, we typically do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please refer to our returns policy.

9. Can I create custom merch with BattleWear?

10. What happens if my order is delayed?

Delays can occasionally happen due to customs or courier issues. If it's been more than the expected delivery time, contact us and we'll help track it down.
