All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refunds are only issued in situations where:

2. PayPal Payments & Fees
We use PayPal as our payment processor.
Important: PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable to us.
Because of this:
Any refund issued will exclude PayPal processing fees.
This means:

The original PayPal fee charged on the transaction will be deducted from your refund total.

You will receive the net amount after fees, not the full original payment.
This applies to all refunds, regardless of the reason.
3. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within:

7 days of purchase for physical products

48 hours of purchase for digital goods or services (only if not yet delivered or started)
Requests outside these timeframes may be declined or could be a reduced refund to cover costs.
4. How to Request a Refund

Supporting evidence (photos/screenshots if applicable)
Incomplete requests may delay processing.
5. Processing Time
If approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Funds will be returned via the original payment method (PayPal)

We are not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or banking providers
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate account suspension

Refusal of future service

Additional evidence being provided to PayPal to contest the claim
We’re reasonable — talk to us first.
7. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to:

Refuse refunds where abuse is suspected

Deny service to customers who repeatedly request refunds
